salon policies

the basics

- read through the list of allergens and medical conditions that may prevent you from receiving your desired service 


- your appointment time is when your service starts. Pretty please arrive a few minutes early so we can give you the 5-star service you deserve  


- if you even as little as 5 minutes late we might not be able to complete your service, sad face 


- we are truly a small business, please reschedule or cancel your appointments 24 hours in advance so you don't impact our ability to make an income 


- deposits are non-refunable if you fail to meet cancellation policies  


- if you refer a friend or return within 6 weeks of any appointment, we have a present for you 

- deposits are nonrefundable if you fail to meet salon policies 

- there will only be one client per technician 

- we wear non-latex gloves while performing all services

- a mask will be worn by staff during permanent make up procedures

- all service utensils are either disposable of or sanitized in accordance to the Ministry of Health in British Columbia

- clients must disclose if they have experienced any symptoms of COVID-19, left the country, or come in contact with anyone who may be COVID positive in the past 14 days

- there are hand washing stations in all of the treatment rooms and restroom

- we ask that all staff and clients try to maintain physical distancing protocols wherever possible. There is a front and back door to create flow in the salon
