Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We are a teeny, tiny business and without advanced notice we cannot fill your appointment spot. Especially for appointments during busy periods (morning time (9am-12pm), evenings (5pm onwards), weekends, and holidays), we typically have a waitlist and can easily fill your spot if we are allowed enough time to do so. Therefore, you are responsible for 100% of your service total if you do not contact us in advance. This sadly includes cancelling for being under the weather or issues with childcare.
