Service Description
this service is so we can get acquainted. this service can also be booked for a test patch for brow lamination or lash lift or for personalized waxing services. if you are part of the LGBTQIA2S+ community we can talk about hormones + pronouns. with this information we can make a service time that reflects your identity and body requirements and have the appropriate time and price reflect that. if topics can be discussed over the phone, feel free to text the salon and send photos of your brows or brow goals; if that is more accommodating for you <3
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We are closed on weekends, therefore Monday cancellations must be completed by Friday end of day or you could be subjected to a charge. We are a teeny, tiny business and without advanced notice we cannot fill your appointment spot. Especially for appointments during busy periods (morning time (9am-12pm), evenings (5pm onwards), weekends, and holidays), we typically have a waitlist and can easily fill your spot if we are allowed enough time to do so. Therefore, you are responsible for 100% of your service total if you do not contact us in advance. This sadly includes cancelling for being under the weather or issues with childcare. We are truly a small business, we hope you understand that if you fail to notify us in advance, you directly impact our ability to make an income or inhibit other local babes to take your service slot.
